why come along?

tHE CORE gOAL: fREE YOUR MIND
Everything we do at Bonafide Brothers is about one thing: Clearing the Noise. Most of us are walking around with a million tabs open—stress, work, family, and the constant pressure to perform. By dropping the armor, you shut down the internal static. You move from just "surviving" the day to actually having the mental space to lead, create, and breathe.
LIGHTEN THE LOAD: tHE METHOD
We provide the Safe Basecamp for the modern man. This isn’t just another meeting; it’s a sanctuary built on three simple rules:
-
TOTAL CONFIDENTIALITY: What’s said here stays here. No drama, no social penalties, and no fear of it getting back to your boss or your family.
-
ZERO-JUDGMENT ZONE: We’re done with the unsolicited advice and the "traditional toolbox" of criticism. We trade the lectures for actually listening and getting where you're coming from.
-
SHARED BURDEN: You’ll quickly see that the "heavy pack" you’ve been lugging around is the same one we’ve all carried. By naming the weight, it loses its power over you.
ready to drop the pack?
You weren’t meant to carry it all yourself. If you’re ready to clear your head and grab a seat at the next Basecamp, it’s time to join the crew.

the ascent

STOP CLIMBING ALONE
Most guys think real strength is about grinding it out solo, keeping the armor on, and never letting the mask slip. But let’s be honest: that "Lone Climber" act is exhausting. It’s a heavy pack that never gets lighter.
True strength is actually found in the Safety of the Group. It’s the only place where you can finally set the "iron" down and stop pretending you’ve got it all figured out. In a circle of men you actually trust, you don’t need the heavy gear anymore.

Greg
Finnigan
Greg has worked in the mens space for over 10 years. and experience has shown there is always a need for a safe korero. Having worked in the Family Harm space there isn’t a shortage of men who want to do things differently with their whanau.
two Locations
Bonafide Brothers We meet twice a week, at the same time, across two locations, making it easier to stay consistent and choose what works best for you—without breaking the rhythm of the group.
This is a safe and empowering space for growth, healing, and connection. A place built on belonging, trust, and brotherhood—because the climb was never meant to be done alone.
